Feeling like an absolute champion!

I haven’t been able to wash my face or brush my teeth today. I’m not dressed. Showered? Absolutely not. This happens a lot, and never through choice or can’t-be-bothered-ness. But because it requires movement and function I do not always have.

My already-poorly body is feeling the effects of Friday’s epic adventure. But my little brain (and hand and arm who used a pen!) has managed to do this sudoku puzzle today.

I’m often asked what I do…Work? Study? Nope. None of that. For the duration of my time with M.E. even reading is a luxury I so often can’t manage/afford. I have a pile of books ready to enjoy when I can.

But today I did a puzzle. And I’ll take that.
