Blue Sunday 2023 has raised £36,660.31 for ME/CFS across the world.
£36,660.31!
That is a phenomenal amount of money. But when you consider the people who have raised it, it becomes even more astounding.
People have taken the opportunity to donate to ME/CFS causes on Blue Sunday, leading to a grand total of over £100,000 being raised in the ten years since I created the event.
Strive to include us and you will see great things!
“Thank you” will never be enough. I can’t articulate how much of an honour it is that you have supported my fundraising initiative. It is such a lot of money to get my head around, but harder to fathom is the positive impact Blue Sunday has had on so many people with M.E. and their loved ones. Knowing that precious energy/function was spent logging in to see all of the #BlueSunday2023 posts is humbling.
I know from my own experience, that those around us often want/need a way to show their love and support. Thank you, then, tho those who used Blue Sunday to do just that.
Next year Blue Sunday will fall on 19th May for those asking 💙
