Our most successful year yet my friends!

You’re probably seeing a fair few yearly round-up posts and they can be hard to bear when you feel like life has stagnated just a tad!

So I wanted to remind you of what we did together this year.

In May, at my annual fundraiser, a neglected group of incredibly sick people raised £30,000 from their own homes.

That money went to ME/CFS charities across the world so that they can continue in their work (some leading the way in biomedical research, others providing the only support we get, one providing loveliness in the form of parcels posted to some of the sickest in society).

You were a part of that. Even liking one of the Tea Party For M.E. posts was taking part (as it helped increase he reach of the event).

£30,000. Raised in a mere week and a bit.

That astonishing total (our best yet!) brought the overall amount raised through Blue Sunday to £70,000!

If you’re new here it’s something you can be a part of at the next Blue Sunday event in May 2023.

What an incredible, incredible thing we did.

Blue Sunday has become a dedicated day of fundraising and community for people with M.E., their carers, families, and any allies to our cause. Enjoying Tea Parties For M.E. those who can donate the price of tea & cake to an ME/CFS charity. You’ll be so welcome to join us all on 14th May 2023. More info via the relevant tabs at the top of my blog site.
