Something lovely about Blue Sunday is that holding a Giveaway allows people with M.E. to showcase their handmade creations, often a product of the small businesses they have crafted around the restrictions of their health.
Once again, prizes have been handmade by people with M.E. (except for the Sophie Allport goodies and YG Bakes biscuits which have been donated by family members of people with M.E.) and I think you’ll agree that they are all beautiful.

The Giveaway will ‘go live’ on Blue Sunday and run until 8pm GMT. Entering the Giveaway will be as simple as liking and commenting on a specific post.
Winners will then be chosen by random name generator, and matched with prizes at random.
The Giveaway is limited to Instagram and those in the U.K. simply to protect my own energy (Blue Sunday is a huge undertaking and there’s only so much I can manage!)
