One of these guinea pigs is not like the others…

Behold! Our entry into this round of the Bake 4 MECFS Challenge – The Pawfect Bake

I am still laughing!

The Bake 4 MECFS was started last year by Vikings actress Jennie Jacques who is an Ambassador for the Open Medicine Foundation. The concept is simple.

  • you bake 4 MECFS
  • you donate £/$4
  • you nominate 4 others to do the same

For those who might be unable to bake themselves, volunteers are on hand to bring your idea to life on your behalf. Simply get in touch with Bake 4 MECFS on social media.

From the Bake 4 MECFS website: “Funds go directly to Open Medicine Foundation to support collaborative medical research to find effective treatments and diagnostic markers for chronic complex diseases with initial focus on Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME / CFS) and LONG COVID”

It was so much fun! I’m so glad I could join in.

The round closes at the end of May.

Thanks to Mr Tree Surgeon for all his help! And for absolutely nailing the ears and feet! And to my muses, Rowan, Delores and Juanita.

Your homemade pig is perfect Anna, it looks cute, delicious and hilarious. The pleasure this brought me this morning gave me a little boost and I used it to check out the Open Medicine Foundation and make a donation. Thank you 😀.

I’m Anna

Welcome to M.E. myself and I, my tiny little corner of the internet where I share snippets of life in the slow lane. You’ll also find all things Blue Sunday here, the annual fundraising event I started in 2013 to raise awareness of M.E., include people living with the illness, and raise money for the M.E. charities who support us.
